イタリア食科学大学へ University of gastronomic and sciences

今回訪れているブラは、スローフード発祥の地。なんと、食の専門の大学が存在します。
それがこちら！

イタリア食科学大学です。なんて素晴らしい環境！
世界中から食科学を学びに生徒がたくさん集まっているそうで、日本人の学生も最近数名いるようです。

そして学内にあるワイン銀行。イタリア中のワインが集まっており、一般にも開放されていてテイスティングも出来、購入できます。

ワインが作られる土地の土と一緒にワインが展示されています。ものすごい量で驚きました。
そして何よりここの学生が羨ましいのが、世界中から集まるトップシェフが学食で腕をふるってくれること！

さすがです！9月は日本人シェフも登場するようです。
あぁ、こんな環境で学べる学生は幸せですね！とても刺激になりました！

I visited the University of gastronomic and sciences in bra where the headquarter of Slow Food Association located.
Students are gathering here from all over the world and the university has a wonderful faculty for them to study food such as a canteen by star chefs from the world and la banco del vino (wine bank) which hold all kinds of wine from all Italy.
