京都に来ています！ I’m in Kyoto!!

またまた今月も京都に来ています！

梅雨の晴れ間で毎日快晴！
鴨川も床がずらーっと、とても気持ち良さそう！

今日は夏越大祓の日ですね。今年半年間の罪穢れを祓い去り、無病息災に過ごすために大きな芽の輪をくぐります。

私も、上加茂神社にお参りに行きました☆
今回の京都旅もまたレポートしますね！

Visiting Kyoto again!
It’s really good season for enjoying Noryo-Yuka（納涼床）facing Kamogawa river which is a very popular cool breezing activity for summer in Kyoto.
On 30th June, the last day of the sixth month, Nagoshino-Oharae(夏越大祓） is held at shrines which is summer purification rites (an event to remove committed sins and stains). There is a big hoop made of kaya grass called chinowa kuguri we can pass through for purification!
